We collect as little as a journal can collect and still answer its mail.
Doctor Earth is an Australian publication at doctorearth.com.au. This notice is written with the Australian Privacy Principles in mind. It covers the website, the contact form and email to support@worldwidebacklinks.com.
What we collect
- Name, email, subject and message if you write to us.
- Technical logs that a host may keep: IP address, user agent, time.
- Nothing from a payment form, because we do not run one here.
Why we collect it
To answer you, to keep a record of corrections and pitches, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell reader lists. We do not build advertising profiles. Guest pitches may be stored while we decide whether to commission the piece.
Where it goes
Contact submissions are posted to our /api/contact endpoint and delivered to support@worldwidebacklinks.com. Hosting and form delivery providers process that data as our processors. We do not use the message to subscribe you to anything you did not ask for.
Cookies and analytics
This edition does not set marketing cookies. If a future analytics tool is added, we will name it here and keep it as quiet as we can.
Access and complaints
Ask us for a copy of what you sent, or ask us to delete a pitch that did not run. Write to support@worldwidebacklinks.com. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
